N.Y.S. Highway Law #214:  Illegal to deposit snow or ice or ant other objects in the roadway during or after a road has been cleaned of all snow and ice!

N.Y.S. Highway Law #S219:  There is no statutory or legal authority which grants a property owner or resident along a public highway any right to place a ,ailbox in a highway right of  way.

N.Y.S. Vehicle & Traffic Law 1201A and Town Law Section 130 Subdivision:  After precipitation of snow or ice and until Town roads are plowed and cleaed of snow, it shall be a violation to park any vehicles upon any Town roads.
